All other changes
Each faculty has its own faculty approval process which should be followed when setting up or changing CASS subject data such as codes, credit points, subject category, year/semester effective, self-management flags, study mode, attendance mode, liability category, results and examinations, and ownership.
Faculties are required to undertake a change impact analysis before final sign-off of any changes to subjects and should complete the change impact analysis form.
Once the required change has been approved at faculty level, CASS data changes need to go via the UTS: Service Desk to APO: CASS. The subject definition form should be attached to the request. These changes are approved and implemented by APO: CASS.
