Changes to all other data need to the follow the specific faculty approval processes approved by Academic Board. A change impact analysis form should also be completed.

CASS data changes need to go via the UTS: Service Desk to APO: CASS. The relevant CASS curriculum form should be attached to the request.

Changes to descriptive course data can be made directly in CIS by an approved user. CIS data changes are checked and approved by APO: CIS and are then available for publication in the UTS: Handbook and on faculty websites. Full details of the CASS/CIS fields used in the various publications are available in CIS Documentation: Fields.
