Changing your Webmail/UTSOnline password?
In the 2004 UTSOnline surveys, staff and students raised the issue of having different logins for different UTS systems. In response, and after consideration of the benefits, UTSOnline was brought in line with other university systems, and the password for UTSOnline is now the same as your UTS email account password.
So, to change your UTSOnline password, go to https://email.itd.uts.edu.au/webapps/myaccount/ and log in to MyAccount.
Once logged in, you should be able to see the option tabs. Click on 'MyPassword'.
Fill in the details about your old password and the new password you wish to use. Finally, click ‘Change Password’.
Remember to [Log Out] of 'MyAccount'.
If you forget your password, you can contact the IT Support Centre on 9514-2222 to get it reset.
