Enhancing Learning & Teaching
The IML supports academic staff in enhancing the quality of the learning experiences of students. The Learning & Teaching staff at IML provide professional development, including the Graduate Certificate in Higher Education Learning & Teaching (GCHETL), and resources to support the understanding of student learning, designing courses and subjects, face-to-face teaching, flexiblelearning, and group work.

There are additional resources in the IML site that are dedicated to assisting academics with the assessment of student learning. The Assessment section of the IML site contains material to support academic teaching staff in preventing plagarsim, designing assessments, developing assessment criteria, and assessing group work.
