Grade Centre - entering results

Whenever you add an assessable item in your subject in UTSOnline, a column for each assessment is automatically and immediately created in the Grade Centre. Assessable items can include:

  • Tests (quizzes), surveys and Self and Peer Assessments
  • Assignments and Turnitin Assignments

They can also include the following:

  • Discussion posts*
  • Journal and blog entries*
  • Wiki contributions*

*Note: For these items, you can select whether or not to make these assessable when you add the discussion, blog, journal or wiki to your subject.

For each assessable item, the Grade Centre column will show, for example, the name of the assignment or quiz and will display each student's submission (for an assignment) or attempt (for a quiz). As you begin to grade the assessment item, the mark and/or grade will also begin to display in the Grade Centre column.
